Google Drive and Google Docs

This is something that Mr. Amundson shared with BV staff, and it super useful when it comes to using google drive and keeping it organized in folders.  Enjoy!

Welcome Back!

It was great to see everyone today!  Although by this time of the evening after a busy day, we're all ready for a few zzz's, I truly enjoyed getting a chance to see each of you today.  We had a great turnout for open house - I love seeing the excited smiles of the students as they prepare for another school year.  Likewise, I enjoy seeing you all working on one of those important "R's" that I touched up on in our faculty meeting today --- RELATIONSHIPS.  Many great relationships were started today with students and families.  Thanks for your work today, and I look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

Quote of the Day...

"People are often unreasonable and self centered: forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people will accuse you of selfish ulterior motives: be kind anyway.
If you're successful, you'll win some false friends and some true enemies: succeed anyway.
If you're honest and frank, people may cheat you: but be honest anyway.
What you spend years building, someone can destroy overnight: build anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous: be happy anyway.
The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow: do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough: give the world the best you've got anyway.
You see, in the final analysis, it's between you and God, it was never between you and them anyway."

All At Once...

yes it does!

If you're feeling anything like I'm feeling today, you're feeling like everything is happening all at once and you just can't get it all done within the time frame of a day.  I have reminded myself several times today that everything will get done in its own due time, and we will be ready for students by Wednesday for open house.  I hope you have all been able to do the same.  I've thoroughly enjoyed seeing classrooms coming together, and all of your new and exciting additions for the year.  It's going to be a great one.
See you soon.

Quote of the day...

"A beautiful day begins with a beautiful mindset.  When you wake up, take a second to think about what a privilege it is to simply be alive and healthy.  The moment you start acting like life is a blessing, I assure you that it will start to feel like one.  Time spent living is time worth appreciating."
